Offline shops Empty Offline shops

I have enabled offline shops, so if you want to sell/buy stuff while your off, just make a shop and log.

Ive also increased the % of champion spawn, but have decreased their HP.

I'm also working on Pailaka quest, so that should be up some time tomorrow.
